Zurich

A few weeks back, after the hustle and bustle of the Burton European Open, I spent a day or so wandering around the cobblestone streets of Zurich  dodging trams, zig zagging roundabouts and sipping wine in the middle of the afternoon on the banks of the Limmat. It’s easy to get caught up in the snowboarding contest circuit; going from event to event and party to party with the same 200+ posse of people and to forget that there are cities to see, sights to be reckoned and people to meet. And of course wandering around cities is an awesome reminder that the entire world doesn’t revolve around 1080s, double corks and zebra print spandex pants. Anywhoo…here are a few snaps from a day well spent.Swiss clocks and cobblestone.Lesley and I keeping warm with wine and wool blankets.sunset on Lake Zurich.Auf Wiedersehen Switzerland.
